Saloteam
started out as a family business in 1991. We design and manufacture
high-quality assembly jigs, moulds and tools for the mobile phone and
telecommunications industry. We have more than 25 employees, most of
them engineers with technical training or other professionals with
secondary level vocational training. One of our key values is to
ensure the well-being of our staff and to help them develop their
professional skills.
Our customers have learned to appreciate
and depend on our services. Usually, the cooperation starts already at
the initial stages of product design. We customize our products to
meet the particular needs of every single customer. This means that
our production series are not very big, which calls for extensive
knowhow, professional expertise and innovation.
The main part of
Saloteam’s production is exported. Our main market areas outside of
Finland are Central Europe and Asia. North America has recently
become a more important market area. At the moment, we export our
knowhow to approximately 20 different countries.
If you are
interested in working within telecommunications, you are anxious to
develop yourself and you have suitable training, you could be the next
key player on our team. We do not necessarily have vacancies available
continuously, but our markets and needs are shifting fast. We can
organize apprenticeships and practical training for students.
